Do the prices include the Italian value-added tax rate?

Yes, the Italian 10% IVA is included in the prices.

Are the prices per person or per room?

All the prices are per room per night.

How much do children pay? Are crib and baby changing mat provided?

Babies from 0 to 3 years old pay an extra charge each of € 5.00 per night. Crib and baby changing mat are provided by the hotel. Children from 4 to 12 years old pay an extra charge each of € 10.00 per night. Moreover, it is necessary that all kids, no matter what age, bring with them their Passport. The current Italian law compels us to register every clients, even the youngest ones.

Are small- and medium-sized pets allowed? How much is the extra charge for them? Is any deposit due?

Yes, your pets are welcomed in accordance with a few simple rules. It is required to communicate their presence already at the booking stage, so as to be able to give you a better suited room. In the common areas, pets are to be on a leash or in a crate, and cannot be left alone in the room, at any time. € 5.00 extras are charged per pet per night to refund the additional room cleaning cost. Moreover, a deposit of € 50.00 per pet is due.

Is breakfast included in the price? What type of breakfast is served?

Breakfast is free of charge for our clients. The early meal served is the traditional Italian breakfast. This consists of various coffee drinks, both milk and soy milk, the “to-try” extra-thick Italian hot chocolate, a selection of teas and herbal teas, orange juices as well as fruit juices, assorted yogurts, locally made biscuits, golden rusks, flavoured marmalades, hazelnut spread, honey, butter, cornflakes and croissants.

Do you have products for those who suffer from celiac disease?

Yes, upon request and with adequate notice, we care to offer packaged gluten free products to whom who need to follow this particular diet.

Is Wi-Fi access available in each room? Is there any Internet station?

Wi-Fi access is free of charge and available both in every rooms and in the common areas. During the check-in procedure, you will be provided with your personal Username and Password, indispensable to access the web. A free Internet station is available to our clients in the reception.

Is there a parking area? Should I pay an extra charge for this service?

There is a free inner parking area. Even right outside the complex there is a vast free parking area with numerous parking spaces where to park cars and larger vehicles.

Which methods of payment does the hotel accept?

It is possible to pay by cash, by debit card or by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, CartaSì, PagoBancomat, American Express, EuroCard, Carta Aurora, ChinaPay, UnionPay and Diners Club).

When is the reception desk open?

The reception desk is open from 7:00am to 8:30pm on weekdays, and from 8:00am to 8:30pm on weekends and public holidays. Nonetheless, once the check-in has been done, our clients can freely go out and come back as they wish, without time limitations.

At what time can I take possession of the room?

Rooms are normally available from 2:00pm on the day of arrival. In case of earlier arrival, we may be able to accommodate an earlier check-in with no extra charge but, please, keep in mind that this is subject to availability. However, as a rule, the check-in has to be done by 8:30pm on the day of arrival.

At what time do I have to leave the room?

Check-out time is no later than by 10:30am. Although, upon availability and by paying an additional charge of € 25.00 per room, it might be possible to keep the room until 5:00pm on the day of departure.

In case of arrival in the morning o departure in the afternoon, is it possible to leave my luggage at the reception?

Yes, clients wishing to drop off their luggage before their room is ready or to store them after having checked-out, may do so at the reception desk.

Is there any place where I can store my cumbersome sport equipment?

The hotel has some spaces for the storage of your bicycles and sport equipment.

Do you also provide restaurant service?

No, the hotel does not have an on-site restaurant, but we will be pleased to address you towards the nearby restaurants, pizzerias and trattorias, according to your taste.

Is there a laundry service available?

No, we do not provide such a service. Nonetheless, if you wish to wash or to have your clothes washed, in close proximity to the hotel there are both laundromats and dry cleaners.

Is there a parking area? Should I pay an extra charge for this service?

Do you have rooms suitable to accommodate people with mobility restrictions?

Yes, the hotel have 2 rooms for differently-abled clients, and several at the ground floor for clients with limited mobility. Whether you have special needs, please let us know already at the booking stage, so as to enable us to arrange the appropriate accommodation.

Do you have adjoining rooms?

No, although we may be able, at the booking stage, to reserve you two rooms next to each other, depending on availability.

Are your rooms en-suite?

Our rooms are all en-suite with private bathroom and shower facilities. Towels and courtesy bath products are also provided. Hairdryers are available upon request.

Can I watch foreign TV channels in my room?

Yes.

What is your cancellation policy?

For large groups, the terms will be communicated and will vary depending on the booking type.
